Extra Yard Waste
Wheeled yard waste carts make collecting and transporting yard waste convenient and safe. Lifting heavy cans and bags of yard
waste can be a safety hazard for residents and collectors. Extra yard waste can be put out for collection. Please keep the following guidelines in mind to reduce safety hazards.
Extra yard waste may be put in
- your own containers (32-gallon, 40 lb. limit), or
- reusable polywoven yard waste bags, or
- compostable bags or kraft paper yard waste bags, or
- bundles (4'x2' limit).
